Wonderful care from Fiona, qho creates very warm (despite the freezing sub zero temperatues!;) and welcoming environment. Every time I visit I am put at ease and most importantly feel refreshed and in less pain. Thank you so much

I have had 2 sessions now and it certainly has helped me with some pain relief. I have severe arthritis in my feet and ankles and it has helped a lot. Fiona very friendly, helpful and explained everything. I will be back next week. 😊
