Highly recommend full body cryotherapy, great benefits, Fiona is amazing 😊

We first found this place when my daughter had an ankle injury. 4 months in and she just wasn’t healing and I was looking at ways to help recovery. She had 4 sessions of cryo targeted therapy and was walking again!

After much persuasion I got her to try the chamber as she has developed daily headaches which has moved onto chronic body pain. She loved the chamber. I wish I could win the lottery and could afford for her to have it weekly as we really did find it helped her.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend trying this place

Love this place, great people and very knowledgeable. Went in hunched over with a bad back, quick session in the cryo chamber and walked out standing perfectly upright and was able to get straight back to work.
